? Buyers shall not be entitled to cancel the order due to any cause whatever unless our principals expressly so consent.

? Order will be executed either wholly or partly accordingly to the availability of stock.

? This order is subject to the confirmation by our principals.

? Our responsibility will cease on delivery of goods in Mumbai or delivery of goods at Railway Station or Bunder. Insurance if required shall be effected at buyer's cost.

? Our principals shall not be responsible for further delay in supplies caused by fire, accident, strike or lock-out etc.

? The Mumbai Court shall only have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute inter precaution or claim arising out of under or in connection with contract.

? If payment is delayed more than 45 days then interest will be charged @ 21% p.a.
